You find the perfect home and you discover that your home comes with two garages or comes with a large garage designed to house several cars. Your garage can serve as a place for entertaining. This is ideal if your garage door has been insulated. Then, the garage space will not feel so cold that you would be reluctant to use the space. For example, the garage could be used as a poker and game room. You may find it much more enjoyable to play a game when you have a space dedicated to it. If you have a large number of guests, you could even set up multiple tables to allow multiple games to occur simultaneously.

If you will use the garage as a wine cellar, you may also use it to serve drinks. You can easily fit a small bar in your large garage.
A Guest House
Depending on the size of your garage, you may even be able to use it as a guest house or rental space. In this case, you will definitely want to finish your garage and make sure there is enough insulation so that the space is always comfortable. Make sure that your HVAC delivers heat and cool air to keep the garage comfortable. This is a good option if you have a second garage, but you may not want to use a garage in which you are already storing vehicles.
